Santhosh Karnananda is an alumnus of Loyola College, Chennai and Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad. Over the past 13 years he has worn various hats - as an entrepreneur, author, trainer, professional speaker, and an employee with companies such as Google, Hughes and QS. He has addressed / trained over 1,00,000 people. His interviews and articles have been featured by leading media houses across the world.

Srividya is a CELTA - qualified English language instructor, IELTS master class trainer, and the author of the Indian Fiction-Three Different Strokes. Her prime areas of training are Customer Relationship Management, Business Communication, Motivation, Personal Growth, Character Building, Organizational development, Negotiations, Leadership and Creativity, Time Management, Attitude recognition and correction. Her area of expertise lies in training, young minds on behavioral and soft skills development with emphasis on language communication. She evinces keen interest in infusing leadership qualities and decision- making ability in young managers and entrepreneur

Pallavi, after successfully completing the CELTA, has taught both adults (general, academic and business English) and young learners. She has trained employees of Pfizer, Citrix, HCL, Infinity Systems, IIM Bangalore, Oracle, Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. She is an enthusiastic trainer who stimulates the thinking process of students and encourages them to become independent learners. Her areas of expertise are presentation skills, email writing, communication skills, effective group dynamics, and team building.

Helen has been training people from various walks of life over the past 15 years. She has trained employees of Sutherland Global Services, Nokia, SPCL, and NITTR. Her areas of expertise are Business English Certificate (BEC), IELTS, Behavioral skills, and personality development training programs. She has also conducted faculty development programs in many Universities & colleges.
